Medical Insurance:
Every insurance policy has its own rules about coverage, referrals and the like. The policy is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Plans with lower premiums usually have higher out-of-pocket expenses. Direct any questions and/or complaints about coverage to the insurance company or your employer’s Human Resources Department.
We participate in these insurance plans:

- Worker’s Compensation
- Medicare
- Medicaid (only as secondary to Medicare)

Patients without Insurance
…are welcome in our practice. Our fees are based on standard insurance rates. Payment in full is collected at the time of service: cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover). Visits with the Physician’s Assistant are less expensive than with Dr. Siegrist. If patients will require MRIs, surgery, PT, etc…we refer them to the Highland Hospital Orthopaedic Clinic.
