Registered patients can securely contact our office via our Patient Portal. (You’ll need a Username and Password. If you are a patient who is established at our practice, but haven’t received these, please contact info@knowyourbones.com. )
Dr. Siegrist’s orthopaedic surgery practice has a secure, HIPAA-compliant website that registered patients can use to:
- Send messages to our office instead of making a phone call (will be addressed within 2 business days)
- Request appointments; see date and time of future appointments
- Review and update contact information
In the future, we’ll add:
- Review instructions from your appointment
- Learn more about your diagnosis and treatment
- Find links to more information
- Review the medical history we have recorded in your chart (let us know if there are any discrepancies).

This site is NOT for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, you need to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
For urgent matters during office hours (Monday thru Thursday, 8:30-4:30, Fridays 8:30-3), call our office at 585-271-4272. After hours, our answering service is 585-723-6566. Dr. Siegrist, or one of her colleagues, will advise you.
